The Bordestrap

The Bordestrap with continuous railing is made of decorative wood carving. Originally, the staircase was covered with a stair runner, now with elegant blue carpet. The staircase walls are decorated with framed hunting scenes, in keeping with the English country house style. At the top of the stairs, on the first floor, hang the portraits of Willem and Charlotte.

Many a first photo moment of newlyweds is captured here. From the windows you can now look out over our second terrace on the side of De Villa.
